Rows wrong or missing?
Send us the shape of this statement, not its contents. The report below is made in this browser. It keeps where text sits, dates and column headings. Every name, amount, reference and account number is replaced with x and 1, as you can see. Nothing is sent until you send it.
Then email the report to support@statementtocsv.co.uk and say which bank it is from. We’ll add the layout and let you know.

Accountants and family offices preparing tax returns for Coutts clients often need a year of statements in a spreadsheet. Converting the PDFs gives a checked record without retyping.

Working with Coutts transactions in Excel
- Tax-year view. Combine statements from 6 April to 5 April with “Several statements”, then filter the combined CSV by date.
- Interest received. Filter Paid in for “interest” to total interest for the tax return.
- Large transfers. Sort Paid out largest first to review significant transfers.
- Several accounts side by side. Convert each account’s statements separately, then put each CSV on its own sheet of one workbook. A summary sheet with each account’s opening and closing balance gives an adviser a one-page view of the client’s cash.
Support status: beta
StatementToCSV reads statements by their columns, not with a fixed template for each bank, so some Coutts statements may already convert. But we haven’t yet tested a real Coutts statement, so we don’t claim support. Verified means every extracted row adds up to the balances printed on the statement. If you don’t see Verified, the converter shows you where the balances stopped adding up.
StatementToCSV is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Coutts. The name is used only to describe the statements the converter reads.
