Rows wrong or missing?
Send us the shape of this statement, not its contents. The report below is made in this browser. It keeps where text sits, dates and column headings. Every name, amount, reference and account number is replaced with x and 1, as you can see. Nothing is sent until you send it.
Then email the report to support@statementtocsv.co.uk and say which bank it is from. We’ll add the layout and let you know.

Works with text PDFs that have Date, Description, Paid in / Paid out (or Amount) and Balance columns. Scanned or photographed statements are not supported yet. The samples are fictional test data.
If your Lloyds statement prints type codes, a spreadsheet of it is quick to analyse: filter on DD to see direct debits, DEB for card spending, or FPI for money received by bank transfer.
Lloyds’s own download, or the PDF statement?
Lloyds internet banking can also let you export recent transactions in spreadsheet-friendly formats. If you only need the last few months for yourself, that works. If you need older months, figures that match the official statements, or you’ve been given Lloyds PDF statements by a client, convert the PDFs.

Working with Lloyds transactions in Excel
- Spending by type. If your statement prints type codes, use Data, Text to Columns on the description to split the code into its own column, then build a pivot table with it as rows and Money Out as values.
- Find all incoming transfers. If your statement uses codes, filter on FPI and BGC to list money received, which is useful for checking rental or self-employed income.
- Check the year’s total. After combining a year of statements, the last balance in the combined CSV should equal the closing balance on the last statement.
Support status: beta
StatementToCSV reads statements by their columns, not with a fixed template for each bank, so some Lloyds statements may already convert. But we haven’t yet tested a real Lloyds statement, so we don’t claim support. Verified means every extracted row adds up to the balances printed on the statement. If you don’t see Verified, the converter shows you where the balances stopped adding up.
StatementToCSV is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Lloyds. The name is used only to describe the statements the converter reads.
