Rows wrong or missing?
Send us the shape of this statement, not its contents. The report below is made in this browser. It keeps where text sits, dates and column headings. Every name, amount, reference and account number is replaced with x and 1, as you can see. Nothing is sent until you send it.
Then email the report to support@statementtocsv.co.uk and say which bank it is from. We’ll add the layout and let you know.

Freelancers using ANNA often want a plain spreadsheet of the year for their accountant. Converting the PDF statements gives exactly that, with the balances checked.
ANNA’s own download, or the PDF statement?
ANNA may also offer exports from within the app. If the person who needs the data only has the PDF statements, convert those.

Working with ANNA transactions in Excel
- Freelance income. Filter Paid in by client name and total each client for the year.
- Allowable expenses. Categorise Paid out rows and total them for Self Assessment.
- Monthly cash flow. Pivot money in and out by month to see cash flow.
- Late payers. Add each invoice’s due date in a column beside the matching payment and subtract to see how many days each client took to pay. Sorting by that column shows who to chase first next time.
Support status: beta
StatementToCSV reads statements by their columns, not with a fixed template for each bank, so some ANNA statements may already convert. But we haven’t yet tested a real ANNA statement, so we don’t claim support. Verified means every extracted row adds up to the balances printed on the statement. If you don’t see Verified, the converter shows you where the balances stopped adding up.
StatementToCSV is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by ANNA. The name is used only to describe the statements the converter reads.
